Role & Responsibilities

• Support the complete inventory lifecycle, including organization, cycle counts, adjustments, inter-store transfers, and shipping/receiving processes
• Prepare and package client merchandise to exceptional standards and manage all aspects of client delivery, communication, and tracking
• Collaborate with management to maintain store facility appearance, organize back-of-house areas, and support overall facility systems
• Assist with budget management, enforce cash and credit card policies, and ensure strict adherence to all operational policies and procedures
• Facilitate smooth coordination of repairs and alterations, provide superior client service for after-sales services, and maintain supplies for in-store repair operations

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant operational or retail experience
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to and enforce operational policies and brand standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying solutions
• Strong collaborative and supportive attitude toward team members and management
• Ability to represent the brand consistently with integrity and professionalism

Skills

Experience

Minimum three years of relevant operational or retail experience, demonstrating proficiency in inventory management, client services support, and adherence to operational procedures.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or operations certifications preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 27 per hour.
