Louis Vuitton Austin Operations Associate role: manage inventory, support client services, and maintain luxury retail standards. Full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and warehouse organization to ensure product availability and condition
- Support client services by fulfilling special requests, processing returns, and coordinating repairs and after-sales support
- Maintain store facility systems, equipment functionality, and cleanliness standards in line with Louis Vuitton brand guidelines
- Process financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and reconcile cash and payment systems
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and brand standards in daily operations
- Coordinate with sales team to optimize client experience and resolve operational issues proactively
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail operations or similar environment
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management and stock systems
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail operations (preferred)
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software
- Understanding of financial processes and cash handling procedures

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a retail operations environment, with demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, stock systems, and client-facing operations. Experience in luxury retail is highly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a retail management certification is preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 28 per hour.
