Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient back-of-house operations including inventory receipt, storage, replenishment and stockroom organisation.
  • Manage after-sales processes: coordinate repairs, returns, and servicing in accordance with brand protocols and client expectations.
  • Support the store team to deliver seamless client service by preparing client requests, locating stock and liaising with client advisors.
  • Maintain accurate stock records through cycle counts, reconciliations and documentation of discrepancies.
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including verification of deliveries and coordination with logistics providers.
  • Execute operational tasks that uphold brand standards: visual standards support, housekeeping of stock areas and adherence to loss-prevention measures.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions to improve workflow and client response times.
  • Assist with store events and operational requirements for peak trading periods as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, stock management or a related back-of-house role; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven organisational skills with strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, client services and logistics teams.
  • Ability to work on-site at the Saks Phipps location and to accommodate retail scheduling requirements.

Experience
