Louis Vuitton — Apprenticeship: Operations & Logistics Assistant (EMEA) in Paris, supporting EMEA supply‑chain improvement and reporting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support analysis of existing EMEA warehouse processes (flows, organisation, performance) and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the design, rollout and follow‑up of process, organisational and tool improvement projects across EMEA sites.
  • Collaborate with local teams and 3PL partners to document and deploy best practices at regional scale.
  • Develop and refine performance dashboards and automated reporting (KPI tracking: OTIF, productivity, quality, costs).
  • Consolidate and validate data from multiple warehouses to ensure reliable reporting and trend analysis.
  • Analyse operational data to detect variances, trends and optimisation opportunities and propose corrective actions.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional project management from conception through deployment and ensure stakeholder communication.
  • Collect end‑user feedback and iterate on tools and reports to improve usability and adoption.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 / Master's or engineering programme with specialisation in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Intelligence or Project Management.
  • Strong environmental awareness with an interest in reducing the ecological footprint of supply chain operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, including DAX; working knowledge of SQL for database queries.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to consolidate data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, proactive and comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent written and spoken English.

Experience

Enrolment in a Master's‑level or engineering programme (Bac+4/5) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Intelligence, Industrial Engineering or Project Management.
