Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyse opportunities for improvement within EMEA warehouse operations, including workflow optimization and organizational efficiency
  • Contribute to ongoing process enhancement projects across logistics functions, monitoring implementation from design through deployment
  • Document and disseminate best practices across the EMEA region in collaboration with local teams and third-party logistics providers (3PL)
  • Develop and refine performance dashboards and KPI reporting (OTIF, productivity, quality, cost metrics) to track warehouse effectiveness
  • Consolidate and validate data from multiple warehouse locations to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting systems
  • Design and implement automated, clear reporting tools for structured EMEA-wide data governance and performance monitoring
  • Analyse trends, variances, and optimization opportunities within logistics data to inform continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage improvement projects from conception through deployment phases, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandise, Retail, and Supply Chain teams across headquarters and EMEA regions to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions
  • Gather and integrate user feedback to refine tools and processes based on operational experience

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in upper-level education (Bac +4/5 equivalent) at an engineering school, university, or equivalent programme
  • Specialization or demonstrated knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Intelligence, or Project Management
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (including DAX)
  • Knowledge and practical experience with database management tools (SQL)
  • Strong capacity for data analysis, trend identification, and solution development
  • Demonstrated commitment to environmental sustainability and reduction of supply chain carbon footprint
  • Ability to identify and implement concrete actions to minimize environmental impact of logistics operations
  • Fluent English proficiency (both written and oral)

Experience

Entry-level apprentice role; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate strong foundational knowledge in supply chain, logistics, or related disciplines through academic coursework or projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) or Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school, university, or equivalent institution. Specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Intelligence, or Project Management strongly preferred.
