Louis Vuitton seeks an Omnichannel Repair Project Lead in Cergy (Paris area) — 6‑month contract starting June 2026; hybrid role reporting to Client Care Experience Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategy, roadmap and performance of the Distant Repairs service and the digital Care experience in coordination with Digital, Care and IT stakeholders.
- Gather, consolidate and formalize business requirements from regional Care teams to feed and prioritise the product backlog.
- Identify, prioritise and quantify opportunities for new features, experience optimisations and market expansions.
- Monitor service KPIs, analyse digital usage patterns and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee platform health: manage bug and incident resolution, coordinate technical developments, prioritise fixes and follow delivery cycles with technical teams.
- Coordinate testing, localisation and international deployments in partnership with local teams, Digital and IT.
- Animate the Distant Care Service community, structure zone communications and facilitate exchange of best practices.
- Contribute to transversal Care programmes: scope requirements, drive project phases, coordinate stakeholders and support rollouts.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical diploma.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience with demonstrable BO/PO (Back‑Office / Product Owner) project management responsibility.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven analytical rigour, strong team orientation and a solution‑driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating in cross‑functional, international environments.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including significant exposure to Back‑Office/Product Owner responsibilities and digital product delivery in a multi‑stakeholder environment; luxury industry experience is highly valued.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent.
