Louis Vuitton — Omnichannel Repair Project Lead (6‑month CDD) in Cergy. Lead digital repair projects and international deployments starting June 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the strategy, roadmap and performance of the Distant Repairs service and the digital Care experience in coordination with Digital, Care and IT teams.
  • Collect, consolidate and formalize business requirements from regional Care teams to populate and prioritise the product backlog.
  • Identify, prioritise and articulate opportunities for new features, user‑experience improvements and market expansion.
  • Track performance KPIs, analyse digital usage data and drive continuous improvement actions.
  • Oversee platform health: manage bugs and incidents, coordinate technical developments, prioritise fixes and follow up on deliveries with technical teams.
  • Coordinate testing, localisation and international roll‑outs in collaboration with local teams, Digital and IT.
  • Animate the Distant Care Service community, structure communications with regions and facilitate the sharing of best practices.
  • Contribute to transversal Care programme projects: scope requirements, manage project phases, coordinate stakeholders and support deployments.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (or equivalent technical diploma).
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience; 3–5 years preferred with demonstrable experience in BO/PO project management.
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English; an additional language is an advantage.
  • Proven experience coordinating cross‑functional and international deployments.
  • Strong analytical skills and a client‑centric mindset, with a track record of proposing pragmatic solutions.

Experience
