Louis Vuitton seeks an Omnichannel Operations & Digital Project Specialist in Seoul to manage omni-order operations and support e‑commerce and CRM initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily omnichannel order operations across Web, App, CRM and retail touchpoints — including order monitoring, issue follow-up and execution.
- Monitor end-to-end order workflows, proactively identify bottlenecks and escalate or resolve operational incidents.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Retail, Digital, Logistics, Client Services, IT and Global HQ to ensure seamless client experiences and timely issue resolution.
- Support the execution of global and local digital initiatives related to e‑commerce, CRM and omnichannel platforms.
- Gather and document business requirements, liaise with stakeholders during implementation and follow up on project deliverables through deployment phases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of omni-order processes and operational efficiency through analysis, feedback and cross-team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in digital operations, e‑commerce, omnichannel operations or project coordination.
- Working knowledge of Web/App ecosystems, omni-order flows and CRM processes.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder coordination skills; proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative.
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, E‑commerce, Information Systems or a related discipline preferred.
