Louis Vuitton — Paris (2nd): Omnichannel Care Project Assistant internship to support redesign of in-store Care app and client journeys.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the transformation programme for the Client Care omnichannel experience under the supervision of the Care Experience Manager.
  • Help design, build and deploy the in-store Care application revamp and its new features (product recognition, client notifications, tracking, digital passport).
  • Collaborate with retail teams and LV Neo (IT) to implement customer journeys and key experience moments in-store.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarks and ad-hoc studies to inform product and service decisions.
  • Contribute to the analysis and implementation of a clustering proposal for the Care offering.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business school or engineering school (final-year project or gap-year internship).
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Prior internship or experience in retail or digital environments with a customer-centric focus is appreciated.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI is recommended.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, agility and commitment to sustainability objectives.
