Louis Vuitton in Shanghai seeks an Omnichannel Business Development Specialist to drive WeChat/WeCom product rollouts and retail analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and validate real business needs from store and frontline teams to define product requirements.
- Design omnichannel product solutions tailored to the WeChat and WeCom ecosystems.
- Lead end-to-end product development, coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver on schedule.
- Track product performance through defined KPIs and drive iterative improvements based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
- Analyze commercial performance and implement targeted improvement plans to increase conversion and engagement.
- Build data frameworks, define measurement methodologies and translate insights into operational actions.
- Ensure smooth cross-functional execution by aligning retail, digital, technology and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; specialization in retail, e-commerce, marketing or a related field preferred.
- Fluent Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- 2–3 years’ experience in luxury or international retail, e-commerce or retail digital roles.
- Proven experience in omnichannel rollout or product development for retail environments.
- Hands‑on operational knowledge of WeChat and WeCom commerce/product operations.
- Strong coordination, problem‑solving and execution capabilities; proactive and results oriented.

2–3 years of experience in luxury or international retail, e-commerce or digital retail roles with hands‑on involvement in omnichannel rollouts or product development.
Education
Bachelor’s degree; degree in retail, e-commerce, marketing or related discipline preferred.
