The EMEA Omnichannel Business Development team seeks an experienced project manager to deploy omnichannel strategy across European, Middle Eastern, and African markets. Reporting to headquarters, this role bridges central strategy with regional execution, optimizing the omnichannel value chain to drive growth and elevate customer experience. Using customer insights and data analytics, the incumbent will deliver concrete recommendations for omnichannel service optimization, oversee the LV App deployment across EMEA, and lead cross-functional initiatives that seamlessly integrate digital touchpoints into the customer journey.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for European markets, assessing needs and advising on omnichannel opportunities aligned with central roadmaps
- Translate the omnichannel vision into concrete, market-specific actions across the EMEA region
- Lead the implementation and optimization of in-store omnichannel services (Click & Collect, in-store returns, remote selling) with evaluation frameworks and KPI tracking
- Analyze customer browsing behaviors and formulate data-driven recommendations to improve user experience
- Oversee end-to-end omnichannel project execution from design through regional deployment
- Manage the deployment and optimization of the LV App across EMEA, ensuring alignment with central roadmaps
- Coordinate functional enhancements, A/B testing, and adoption metrics with central and regional teams
- Gather customer and market feedback to inform regional roadmaps
- Collaborate with headquarters, regional retail teams, and central teams on in-store deployment of key omnichannel services
- Lead, train, and support the EMEA omnichannel community through content, training, and engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital project management, omnichannel strategy, e-commerce, or customer experience
- Demonstrated strong digital mindset and customer-centric approach with interest in innovation and experience design
- Proven excellence in project management, capable of leading complex cross-functional initiatives autonomously
- Strong analytical and business acumen with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Organizational excellence with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Senior stakeholder management skills across diverse regions and cultures
- Fluent English proficiency required for this international environment
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel
