Louis Vuitton seeks an Omnichannel & LV App Project Manager EMEA in Paris to drive regional digital strategy and app deployment across European markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as principal liaison between European markets and central headquarters, assessing regional needs, advising on omnichannel opportunities, and disseminating best practices aligned with the strategic roadmap
  • Translate the global omnichannel vision into market-specific actions tailored to EMEA regional requirements and operational capabilities
  • Lead end-to-end omnichannel service implementations in stores, including Click & Collect, in-store returns, and remote selling, establishing KPI frameworks and monitoring execution effectiveness
  • Analyze customer browsing behavior and user experience data to identify pain points and formulate data-driven recommendations for continuous service improvement
  • Oversee the deployment and optimization of the LV App across EMEA, ensuring seamless execution of the central roadmap and app integration across all customer touchpoints
  • Coordinate with headquarters and regional teams on cross-functional omnichannel initiatives, ensuring alignment with global strategic priorities and local market considerations
  • Drive A/B testing, functional enhancements, and adoption metrics in collaboration with central product and regional operations teams to improve conversion rates
  • Lead, train, and support the EMEA omnichannel community through content development, capability-building sessions, and community engagement activities to foster a proactive, collaborative mindset

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital project management, omnichannel strategy, e-commerce, or customer experience optimization
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects in international environments
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to translate data and customer insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence), data visualization, and business applications (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Fluent English proficiency required for interaction with multilingual senior stakeholders across regional and central teams
