Role & Responsibilities
- Manage back office and operational tasks to support store requests daily.
- Compile white papers and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve special cases in daily operations by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Engage with retail stakeholders to gather feedback and drive optimization strategies.
- Conduct store training and discussions from a CA-Centric perspective.
- Set up fundamental data structures and derive insights from data.
- Integrate and deliver high-quality data reports to monitor business performance regularly.
- Analyze user feedback from client experience surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations to enhance the order journey.
- Collaborate with local and central teams to share findings and align on optimization strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in E-commerce, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
