Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage back office and operational tasks to support store requests daily.
  • Compile white papers and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve special cases in daily operations by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Engage with retail stakeholders to gather feedback and drive optimization strategies.
  • Conduct store training and discussions from a CA-Centric perspective.
  • Set up fundamental data structures and derive insights from data.
  • Integrate and deliver high-quality data reports to monitor business performance regularly.
  • Analyze user feedback from client experience surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports with insights and recommendations to enhance the order journey.
  • Collaborate with local and central teams to share findings and align on optimization strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in E-commerce, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.

Skills

Ability to dissect system logs and translate technical issues into business impacts. Strong communication skills to maintain relationships with retail stakeholders. Basic data integration capabilities and process optimization skills. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with SQL/dashboard tools like Tableau. Excellent networking, influencing, and communication skills. Strong negotiation and social skills. High motivation, energy, and enthusiasm. Quick learning ability and adaptability.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
