Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Media & Digital Team, including circulation and filing of advertising materials.
  • Monitor competitors across media channels and prepare regular reports summarising findings.
  • Maintain and update the advertising planning database and related records.
  • Prepare, update and distribute team documents and internal communications.
  • Process estimates and invoices using the company’s financial system.
  • Handle front-desk duties: telephone and visitor reception, incoming/outgoing mail and courier management.
  • Manage office supplies procurement (Askul) and other general office requests.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level candidate; suitable for applicants recruited under the company’s disability hiring framework.
  • Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Discreet handling of confidential commercial and financial information.
