Louis Vuitton Paris: Full-time Occupational Health Nurse (CDI) managing employee health, safety compliance, and ergonomic assessment for luxury manufacturing operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee employee medical surveillance including occupational health visits, accident investigations, and occupational disease monitoring
- Serve as primary liaison with inter-company occupational medicine service providers
- Develop and implement actions to preserve employee health and prevent workplace incidents
- Investigate workplace accidents and occupational illnesses, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures
- Facilitate return-to-work processes for employees on medical leave, including job accommodation planning
- Monitor organizational health policies, analyze employee health alerts, and track key health and safety indicators
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and workplace studies in collaboration with continuous improvement teams and department supervisors
- Organize and oversee training and recertification programs for workplace first-aid responders
- Maintain health and safety prevention plans in alignment with risk assessment documentation
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety Committee (CSSCT) on occupational health matters
- Manage administrative health and safety records, incident logs, and medical restrictions databases
Qualifications
- State-certified diploma in occupational health nursing (Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier avec spécialité Santé au Travail)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health or workplace health services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong knowledge of ergonomics or relevant training is highly desirable
- Excellent command of workplace health and safety regulatory frameworks
