Louis Vuitton — Paris: Occupational Health Nurse (Full-time) responsible for employee medical follow-up, safety, accident investigations and ergonomics.

Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure medical follow-up of employees: care coordination, management of work-related accidents and occupational diseases, and organization of medical examinations.
- Act as the primary interlocutor with external occupational health services (médecine du travail) and manage inter-company occupational health relationships.
- Implement preventive actions and health policies to preserve employee health; analyse health alerts and recommend corrective measures.
- Investigate workplace accidents and occupational disease claims, document findings and follow through on corrective actions.
- Prepare and support employees' return-to-work processes, including workstation adjustments and activity limitations.
- Drive workplace ergonomics initiatives in coordination with continuous improvement teams and line managers: perform ergonomic analyses, issue recommendations and monitor implementation.
- Maintain and update administrative health and safety records (care register, medical restrictions, health & safety indicators) and contribute to the single risk assessment document (Document Unique).
- Organize and plan first-aid at work training and recertification (Sauveteurs Secouristes du Travail) and participate in related training activities within the HR team.
Qualifications
- State-registered nurse diploma with specialization or certification in occupational health.
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in occupational health nursing or equivalent.
- Proficient with Pack Office (Microsoft Office suite) and comfortable with administrative record-keeping.
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy, rigor and professional discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external occupational health services.
- Knowledge of ergonomics or formal training in ergonomics is a strong plus.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in occupational health nursing or equivalent clinical experience with responsibility for workplace health, accident investigation and return-to-work processes.
Education
State Registered Nurse diploma (infirmier·ère diplômé·e d'État) with specialization or training in occupational health.
