Louis Vuitton seeks an Occupational Health Nurse in Asnières-sur-Seine, France. Full-time permanent CDI position ensuring employee health, safety compliance, and accident prevention.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor employee health and wellbeing, including treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses, and coordinate medical check-ups
- Serve as the primary liaison with the inter-company occupational health service
- Implement preventive health initiatives and workplace safety protocols to protect employee wellbeing
- Conduct investigations into workplace accidents and occupational illness incidents
- Facilitate employee return-to-work processes, including workstation modifications and medical accommodations
- Monitor and analyze the occupational health policy, identifying health alerts and trends among the workforce
- Improve working conditions through ergonomic assessments and workstation studies, collaborating with continuous improvement teams and line managers
- Organize and coordinate training and refresher courses for workplace first-aid responders
- Analyze root causes of incidents and occupational injuries, developing and implementing corrective actions
- Maintain the occupational safety and prevention plan (document unique d'évaluation des risques)
- Partner with the health and safety committee (CSSCT) on prevention initiatives
- Serve as an ergonomic advisor, conducting workstation analyses, issuing alerts, and tracking implementation of recommended improvements
- Maintain comprehensive health and safety records, including medical restrictions and occupational health indicators
- Manage the registry of medical treatments and occupational incidents
- Handle administrative documentation for workplace injuries and investigations
- Support additional human resources projects as assigned
Qualifications
- State diploma in nursing (Diplôme d'État d'infirmier)
- Specialization or certification in occupational health nursing
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office suite)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in occupational health or workplace health roles
- Knowledge of or training in ergonomics
- Strong organizational and administrative skills

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in occupational health nursing or workplace health roles, with demonstrated competency in employee health surveillance, incident investigation, and occupational safety management.
Education
State diploma in nursing (Diplôme d'État d'infirmier) with specialization in occupational health. Knowledge of or formal training in ergonomics is highly valued.
