Louis Vuitton seeks an Occupational Health and Safety Technician in Campllong, Girona, Spain for full-time on-site role at its artisanal atelier.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct and update comprehensive workplace risk assessments specific to the atelier environment and craft activities, maintaining proactive prevention action plans
- Ensure compliance with all applicable occupational health and safety legislation, implementing corporate standards and directives specific to the Maison
- Lead health, safety, and emergency induction for new employees; design and coordinate specialized safety training programs tailored to artisanal production roles
- Oversee the selection, procurement, proper utilization, and inventory management of personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriate to craft-based operations; maintain and coordinate evacuation and emergency response protocols
- Serve as the technical representative to the Health and Safety Committee, participate in periodic meetings, monitor corrective action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Execute regular safety inspections and lead both internal and external audits to identify deviations and recommend corrective measures
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence
- Collaborate with occupational health services and ergonomics specialists on workplace adaptation, ergonomic measures implementation, and employee health monitoring
Qualifications
- Degree in Prevention and Comprehensive Safety or equivalent (or Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety)
- Specialization or coursework in occupational health, workplace safety, ergonomics, or industrial hygiene
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience as an OHS Technician in industrial or artisanal manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in English and/or French

Minimum 2–3 years of demonstrated experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Technician in industrial or artisanal manufacturing environments, with proven expertise in hazard assessment, regulatory compliance, and safety program implementation.
Education
Degree in Prevention and Comprehensive Safety, or equivalent Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety with specialization in workplace safety, occupational hygiene, or ergonomics.
