Louis Vuitton hiring Occupational Health & Safety Technician in Campllong, Spain—manage risk assessments and safety compliance at the Girona Atelier.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational risk assessments specific to atelier operations and maintain updated preventive action plans
- Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety regulations and Louis Vuitton corporate standards and directives
- Lead occupational health and safety onboarding for new employees and coordinate role-specific safety training programs
- Manage selection, provisioning, and correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) suited to artisanal activities; oversee evacuation and emergency response plans
- Serve as technical liaison to the Health & Safety Committee, participate in periodic meetings, track action plans, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Conduct periodic safety inspections and lead internal and external audits to identify deviations and recommend corrective measures
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to analyze root causes and implement preventive actions that eliminate recurrence
- Collaborate with occupational health surveillance and ergonomics services to adapt workstations, implement ergonomic measures, and monitor artisan and team health
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Prevention and Integral Security and/or advanced technical master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or specialization in workplace safety, occupational hygiene, or ergonomics
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an Occupational Health & Safety Technician in industrial environments
- Fluency in English and/or French

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as an Occupational Health & Safety Technician in industrial manufacturing or artisanal production environments, with demonstrated expertise in risk prevention and regulatory compliance.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Prevention and Integral Security and/or advanced technical master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, or specialized diploma in workplace safety, occupational hygiene, or ergonomics.
