Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding inbound client service via phone, email and digital channels to clients in the UK and Nordic markets, providing personalised advice and product recommendations.
- Proactively achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs, including commercial and client retention targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships by understanding preferences, anticipating needs and tailoring the Maison’s offer.
- Own client issues end-to-end: investigate, collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure timely follow‑up and client satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate client records and follow‑up actions are entered into CRM and other databases to maintain data integrity.
- Represent the Maison’s values and service standards in every interaction, handling complaints and difficult situations with composure and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish).
- Proven ability to sell and tell product stories with a sales‑driven, client‑first mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks to agreed schedules.
- Flexible availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet market needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience advantageous).
- Previous experience in luxury retail or client services is a plus; demonstrable interest in luxury fashion preferred.

Entry‑level. Prior client‑facing or customer service experience is desirable, preferably within luxury retail or a high‑end contact centre environment.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; tertiary studies in business, hospitality, marketing or related fields are advantageous.
