Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage external contractors: contribute to specifications, participate in calls for tender, ensure plans de prévention, and oversee worksites and intervention schedules.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of technical equipment: organise periodic inspections, monitor reports and implement corrective actions.
- Support site security and safety: oversee guarding services, maintain security equipment and update safety instructions and procedures.
- Monitor and optimise energy consumption: analyse indicators (electricity, gas, water) and take part in initiatives to improve environmental performance.
- Support OPEX and CAPEX budgeting: process quotes and orders, track expenditure and liaise with finance teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement: maintain and update dashboards, participate in audits and propose process optimisations.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or holding a Bac+2/3 diploma (maintenance, industrial engineering, energy, environment or technical/facility management).
- Organised, rigorous and able to manage multiple concurrent topics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest in technical, regulatory and energy-related subjects.
- Good command of Excel; familiarity with a GMAO (CMMS) is an advantage.

Entry-level — suitable for students or recent graduates. No prior professional experience required; previous internship or practical experience in maintenance or facilities is a plus.
Education
Two- to three-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2/3) in maintenance, industrial engineering, energy, environmental studies or technical/facility management.

The successful candidate will be located in Vendôme, Centre-Val de Loire, France, with easy access to Tours.
