Role & Responsibilities

  • Support project leaders and cross‑functional support teams in the industrialisation of new products, ensuring quality, cost, timing and safety targets are met.
  • Contribute directly to the industrialisation process for new collections, translating prototypes into manufacturable products.
  • Provide operational support on complex projects and autonomously pilot simpler projects from concept to production readiness.
  • Identify and propose improvements to industrialisation workflows and Lean Manufacturing practices to increase efficiency and robustness.
  • Produce regular technical and management reporting (production status, KPIs, risk logs) for project stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering programme or equivalent (Bac+4/5 / master's level).
  • First professional experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power Bi for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, good listening and clear interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams while demonstrating autonomy.
