Role & Responsibilities
- Support project leaders and collaborate with manufacturing and support functions to industrialize new products while safeguarding quality, cost, delivery and safety targets.
- Assist on complex development projects and independently drive simpler projects from conception through industrialization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of industrialization processes, applying Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and robustness.
- Produce regular project reporting and performance dashboards for stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional actions with procurement, quality, production and packaging teams to ensure readiness for ramp‑up.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering programme (Bac+4/5) or equivalent.
- Ideally one prior experience in an industrial environment (internship or placement).
- Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and rigor.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and capacity to operate autonomously.

Entry-level — student in an engineering curriculum (Bac+4/5) with preferably a first industrial internship or practical exposure to manufacturing processes.
Education
Engineering degree in progress (Bac+4/5) or equivalent technical qualification.
