Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the industrial launch of new products (fashion shows, precollections, capsules) ensuring tight time-to-market between suppliers and finished-goods production sites.
- Participate in the initiation of at-risk procurements (AAR) and support centralized ordering upstream of new-material projects.
- Analyze and identify materials requiring close follow-up (new developments, capacity or technological risks) and monitor their status.
- Maintain continuous communication with project managers, buyers and suppliers across project milestones.
- Build and track supplier production schedules while respecting lead times and capacity constraints.
- Report project health against milestones, anticipate risks and escalate delays with corrective action proposals.
- Ensure alignment between finished-goods production plans and material production plans.
- Develop, improve and deploy enhancements on existing Power BI tools to support planning and reporting.
- Propose and help implement tools and automations to reduce manual daily tasks and streamline processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
- High degree of precision and rigor in analytical work and planning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest in information systems and process improvement.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Experience
Entry-level (débutant). Role designed for a student in alternance; prior internships in supply chain, production planning or project coordination are advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school, or equivalent higher-education program, eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
