Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement system configurations, oversee installations, and enforce standards for network environments.
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Operate and deploy Cisco voice solutions across retail stores, warehouses, and offices, ensuring high availability and seamless integration.
- Manage IP phone provisioning and migrate legacy PSTN services to IPT systems.
- Monitor network performance, diagnose issues, and resolve outages promptly.
- Collaborate with network architects to optimize architectures and schedule upgrades.
- Plan and manage budgets for network assets, services, and projects.
- Support the design and deployment of new solutions while enhancing the resilience of existing systems.
- Contribute to projects focused on evolving network technologies, ensuring robust internet access, security, and infrastructure scalability.
- Provide expert advice on network configurations, security, and infrastructure to both internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of network operations experience in multinational corporations.
- CCNP certification required; CCIE and/or CISSP highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills.
