Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the project tracking table: record target and actual dates, monitor material receipts and shipments, and flag delays to support timely decision-making.
- Support workload calculations for modelling and execution phases to enable more efficient planning.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, process maps and diagrams to document requirements and propose operational improvements.
- Assist with the monthly review of mock-up billing and verification of rates to ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
- Compile weekly KPI reports (lead-time, reliability rate, throughput, etc.) for plant management and deliver data for analysis.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and archives.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks related to project flow and department operations as required.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (ADE) or equivalent.
- Availability to undertake an internship of at least 6 months.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid command of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Spanish and French; strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Capacity to work on-site at the Barberà del Vallès atelier and adapt schedule to academic commitments.

Entry-level — suitable for current university students or recent graduates with little or no professional experience; previous internship or academic project experience in operations or project support is a plus.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (ADE) or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position is EUR 8 per hour.
