Louis Vuitton is recruiting a Model Development Project Manager intern to support the leather goods and small leather goods modeling team in Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule. The six-month, full-time internship starts in February 2027 and covers prototype launches, logistics coordination, industrialization deliverables, and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in launching prototypes and audit compliance with standards.
- Act as backup for the logistics lead, tracking materials and shipping finished products.
- Monitor the implementation of routines, particularly the collection plan, in collaboration with the Modeling Managers.
- Coordinate prototype dispatch to ensure prototypes are sent with the required deliverables and appropriate alerts regarding quality, feasibility, time to market, margin, and material loss.
- Work closely with Industrialization Project Managers to identify project risks as early as possible.
- Ensure that industrialization deliverables are available with multidisciplinary teams, including costing, materials, modeling, and quality.
- Quantify gaps against targets and propose solutions.
- Propose improvement initiatives and lead change.
- Document and update the various processes.
Qualifications
- Bac + 5 qualification from a business school, engineering school, or university.
- Strong interest in products.
- Adaptability, initiative, and active listening in interactions.
