Louis Vuitton seeks a Maintenance Intern in Milan to support boutique upkeep and coordinate cleaning/maintenance operations across Italian stores.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support stores on maintenance and cleaning needs, providing immediate corrective actions and solutions
  • Coordinate external suppliers, manage scheduling, and ensure follow-up and quality control of maintenance works and systems inspections
  • Assist Minor Works & Maintenance Coordinators in activities related to tender preparation and maintenance/cleaning agreement drafting
  • Track and analyze budgets, process orders, and maintain reporting for store maintenance activities
  • Support Minor Works & Maintenance Coordinators in liaising with EMEA teams to implement Store Planning projects including new layouts and furniture installations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, or Engineering
  • Technical understanding of retail environment maintenance
  • Strong analytical skills for maintenance activity reporting and budget analysis
  • Exceptional communication abilities with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Project management experience with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD

Experience

The base compensation for this position is EUR 800 per month.
