Role & Responsibilities
- Support Italian boutiques with maintenance and cleaning requests, delivering prompt actions and practical solutions to preserve aesthetic, architectural and engineering standards.
- Coordinate external suppliers: manage scheduling, follow‑up, and quality control of works, systems inspections and cleaning operations.
- Assist Minor Works & Maintenance Coordinators with tender processes and drafting of maintenance and cleaning agreements.
- Track and analyse maintenance budgets and purchase orders; support order processing.
- Liaise with EMEA and support Store Planning projects (new layouts, furniture installations) under the guidance of the Minor Works & Maintenance Coordinators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture or an Engineering discipline.
- Technical understanding of retail environment maintenance and store systems.
- Strong analytical skills for maintenance reporting, budget tracking and activity analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engagement with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Demonstrated prioritisation and project‑management capability with acute attention to detail.
- Autonomous problem‑solver with a collaborative team ethic.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in facilities management, retail maintenance or construction/works coordination is required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 800 per month.
