Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, reliability, and productivity.
  • Define requirements for production equipment and tooling.
  • Participate in the implementation of production lines while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives on specific projects.
  • Contribute to the industrialization of new products.
  • Assist in reducing site repairs by proposing sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Production, Continuous Improvement, or Quality.
  • Ideally, some initial experience in an industrial setting.

Skills

Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies (DMAIC, MRP, 5 Whys). Strong organizational, listening, and precision skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. Autonomy and ability to thrive in a demanding environment. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Power BI.

Experience

Ideal candidates will have some initial exposure to an industrial environment, though beginners are welcome.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field.
