Louis Vuitton internship: Methods Engineer – Continuous Improvement (ORPA) in Ducey, Normandy. Six-month program starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze existing production workflows and identify operational dysfunctions and inefficiencies
- Design and implement continuous improvement actions on manufacturing lines, with focus on safety, quality, and cost reduction
- Deploy systematic workplace organization frameworks to reduce accident risk and enhance working conditions
- Develop standardized documentation and best-practice guides for ORPA-related initiatives
- Assist team leaders in monitoring and reducing non-conforming products
- Support the Production Manager in overseeing ORPA workshops and cross-functional improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) or higher in Engineering or equivalent qualification
- First professional experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid understanding of Lean Management methodologies (5S, value stream mapping)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple improvement initiatives

Experience
Beginner-level to junior-level professional with ideally one entry-level manufacturing or operations internship; direct exposure to production environments or process improvement projects is valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BAC+3), or equivalent technical qualification; Master's-level engineering qualifications (BAC+4 or BAC+5) are equally suitable.
