Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy Level 1 and Level 2 maintenance operations in strict alignment with technical direction standards
- Coordinate maintenance project planning and execution, ensuring methodical tracking of deployment stages
- Act as a liaison between technical management and workshop teams to optimize processes, maintenance schedules, and operational methodologies
- Monitor and control compliance with maintenance procedures across all levels of activity
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPI) from the maintenance management system and propose improvements
- Update general KPIs and lead weekly status meetings to communicate performance metrics
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or equivalent discipline
