Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Manufacturing Manager and collaborate with team leaders and leather craftsmen to drive ORPA (Order, Tidiness, Cleanliness, Improvement) initiatives across production lines.
- Conduct critical analyses of existing processes to identify dysfunctions, waste and safety hazards.
- Design, propose and implement targeted improvement actions to enhance flow, quality and productivity.
- Deploy progressive workplace organisation and housekeeping standards to reduce accident risk and improve working conditions.
- Draft and maintain standard work documents and ORPA-related procedures.
- Assist team leaders with monitoring and reducing non-conforming products and with continuous improvement follow-up.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Bac+3/4/5) or equivalent academic background.
- Ideal: initial experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Pack Office) and Lean Management principles (5S).
- Strong listening skills, rigor and adaptability; demonstrable teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working on the shop floor and able to operate in a demanding, high-standard artisan environment.
