Louis Vuitton internship: Methods & Continuous Improvement Engineer in Marsaz, France. 6-month stage in Lean Manufacturing starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate continuous improvement projects aligned with Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize fabrication processes and material flows, including 5S methodology
- Define requirements for production equipment and tooling; implement manufacturing lines within established budgets and timelines
- Deploy and maintain production standards across assigned operations
- Participate in defining production processes for high-value-added leather goods
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, ergonomics, quality, equipment reliability, and productivity, with demonstrated ROI
- Collaborate daily with production team leaders and artisans within the assigned sector
- Contribute to reducing manufacturing costs for luxury leather products
Qualifications
- Master's degree (BAC+5) in industrial production, continuous improvement, or quality management
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies
- Proficiency with production-related software and digital tools
- Strong listening, organizational, and analytical skills

Ideally, internship or first professional experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is required. Entry-level candidates with strong academic preparation in production engineering are also welcome to apply.
