Role & Responsibilities
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects on the shop floor to enhance productivity, quality, safety and ergonomics.
- Lead on-site implementation of methods and tools (agile production lines, 5S, Kaizen) and ensure adherence to manufacturing lead times.
- Define, document and deploy production standards to secure consistent, high-quality output across the atelier.
- Develop benchmarking practices and exchange best practices between workshops in France and across Europe.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Continuous Improvement Manager to measure impact and sustain gains.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (master’s level) programme in industrial engineering, manufacturing, continuous improvement or quality.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methods, including 5S and Kaizen; experience with agile production concepts is a plus.
- Proven practical mindset with the ability to work on the shop floor, demonstrate pragmatism and listen to production teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to mobilize colleagues and drive change.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; environmentally minded and aligned with sustainability objectives.
