Role & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other manufacturing sites to share best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or other relevant fields.
- Previous experience in a high-quality manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or World Class Manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High energy level, team-oriented with a positive mindset to inspire and motivate.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
