Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and monitor sales performance by organizing regular in-store meetings with store managers, seniors, and experts across regional locations
  • Collaborate across all head office departments (visual merchandising, press, creative design, events, supply chain, digital) to develop and advance business initiatives
  • Identify market opportunities through sales analysis and frequent store visits; advocate for local market needs with Paris Zone Head Office teams
  • Ensure efficient and timely communication flow between Paris, local head office, and retail stores
  • Develop and execute action plans aligned with product priorities established by the Merchandising Director and Zone team
  • Create and disseminate product information to stores using innovative communication methods
  • Organize and facilitate regular product clubs with category managers and experts
  • Tailor assortments at store level to maximize local relevance and drive growth
  • Build and nurture a community of experts, seniors, and team managers across the network
  • Create and maintain accessible tools for retail teams with regular refreshes and updates
  • Support HR with recruitment of key women's profile positions within the network
  • Partner with the Clienteling team on recruiting, developing, and elevating the women's client base
  • Support stores and Clienteling teams in product selection preparation through negotiation with EMEA teams
  • Lead high-end local events including learning support, event coordination, and results reporting
  • Drive, monitor, and follow up on women's event sales and performance
  • Prepare weekly merchandising and commercial activity updates with targets and performance reports
  • Prepare and present business reviews for Zone/Central visits and store presentations
  • Provide regular product feedback to the Zone team and share country best practices
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis and report significant market actions to the Zone team
  • Attend buying sessions as requested, purchasing according to country product needs
  • Support the retail learning team as primary contact for women's categories
  • Prepare product trainings in collaboration with product correspondents and interns
  • Prepare ad-hoc product trainings for specific store needs (caravans, openings, pop-ups)
  • Support and develop the product intern team while contributing to product team calendar coordination

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of retail experience in a luxury environment
  • Proven merchandising or product merchandising background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels
  • Comprehensive understanding of both product and customer service in luxury retail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Demonstrated proactivity, flexibility, and initiative
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment
