Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor weekly product performance across categories, stores and channels; analyze sell‑through, stock levels and KPIs to identify commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Define and propose clear, actionable plans to drive sales and margin performance; partner with the Merchandising Director on reviews and strategic adjustments.
  • Support buying sessions by providing regional insights, performance analysis and qualitative feedback to inform assortment and replenishment decisions.
  • Implement assortment strategy at store level, ensuring the right product mix and depth while adapting global directives to local market needs.
  • Manage allocation, replenishment and stock rebalancing across the store network to secure availability of priority items and support commercial calendar.
  • Drive actions on slow movers and excess inventory to minimize markdown risk; support pullbacks, stock flow initiatives and end‑of‑life strategies.
  • Coordinate product launches with cross‑functional teams; track initial performance and recommend immediate optimizations.
  • Manage in‑season trading activities (transfers, reorders, client requests) and deliver timely commercial interventions.
  • Design and deliver product & collection trainings and briefings to store teams to strengthen product storytelling and selling capability.
  • Partner with Store Managers, Visual Merchandising, Digital, Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure aligned execution of product initiatives and the commercial calendar.

Qualifications

  • 4–5+ years of progressive experience in luxury or fashion merchandising; minimum 3 years in merchandising or related commercial roles.
  • Proven track record of managing categories, driving performance and translating complex data into actionable strategies and results.
  • Exceptional analytical aptitude and a highly data‑driven mindset with strong KPI orientation.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and leadership skills, with experience partnering closely with retail teams.
  • Ability to balance hands‑on operational execution with strategic planning and oversight.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred for South America focus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, merchandising or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
