Role & Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally on exceptional event concepts from initial product planning through stock flow and post-event order fulfillment
- Lead and manage event timelines across key partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the process
- Create and maintain event tools, including LV Events App, Microsoft Forms, and Power BI resources
- Partner with Training to develop event-specific trainings for retail teams
- Supervise product flow to events in partnership with Supply Chain to ensure qualitative product representation
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Creative Services to align visual displays and aesthetics with strategic objectives
- Partner with Client Development and Client Relations to identify opportunities to expand and engage the client base at events
- Manage event sales tracking, sales recapping, and order fulfillment strategy
- Engage with the retail community to drive transformative event business outcomes
- Create exceptional assortments for events to drive brand desirability while capitalizing on specific market needs
- Identify Savoir Faire activation opportunities with central artisans and partner with the artisan population to create invigorating event animations
- Advocate for exceptional product development with central partners, including the Paris product team
- Build event calendar categories in partnership with the Director and SVP of Merchandising
- Strategize programs and incentives to drive sales, with a focus on growing event business across the network
- Maintain strong partnerships with Client Relations, Creative Services, Supply Chain, Logistics, Visual Merchandising, Training, and regional teams
- Ensure seamless communication of event strategies to regional partners
- Support timely deliveries and coordinated execution for impactful High End activations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant retail merchandising experience
- Supply chain or logistics experience considered a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong commercial mindset and luxury retail acumen
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and computer systems
- Experience with event planning and execution in a luxury environment
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional partnerships
- Foreign language proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese highly advantageous
