Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Merchandisers in monitoring category performance and executing daily merchandising operations (information sharing with regions, order entry, stock transfers).
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of collection performance (end-of-season reviews, post-buy debriefs, competitive benchmarking).
- Prepare presentation materials for buying sessions, business reviews and product briefs.
- Support showroom activities and provide operational assistance to stores during collection launches and merchandising events.
- Contribute to the structuring and assortment strategy of seasonal collections with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school or equivalent university program (student status required).
- Strong interest in fashion and the luxury sector with genuine curiosity for product.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid command of Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with rigor, autonomy and a methodical approach to data-driven tasks.
- Dynamic, team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and professional conduct.
- Fluent English (working proficiency) required for an international environment.
