Louis Vuitton in Singapore seeks a Merchandising Intern — Watches & Jewellery (Ngee Ann City) for a 6‑month full‑time internship supporting category reporting and stock coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain weekly, bi‑weekly and monthly merchandising reports (weekly overview, store ranking, category margin reports, pending high‑watch/high‑jewellery follow‑ups) and support sales review calls with country merchandisers and key stores.
- Coordinate showroom preparation and support presentation materials for internal and client-facing meetings.
- Manage stock transfers and caravans, following validated assortment and animation formats; activate and follow up transfers with Supply Chain.
- Support operational tasks for Watches & Jewellery: coordinate watch orders, follow up with Supply Chain, and track delivery ETAs.
- Assist in preparation and execution of High‑End category campaigns, pop‑ups, store openings, upgrades and ad‑hoc activations.
- Coordinate non‑selling tools (packaging, trunks, certificates, props) and process requests such as sending GIA documentation to stores to complete high‑jewellery sales.
- Produce and distribute weekly newsletters; update and share merchandising tools and assets, product news and logistics information.
- Respond to store and client enquiries and liaise with cross‑functional teams (retail, supply chain, visual merchandising) to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's programme in Business, Fashion, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Demonstrable interest in watches and jewellery; proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about luxury product categories.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple operational tasks and reporting deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to liaise effectively across cross‑functional and regional teams.
- Availability to commit to a full‑time, 6‑month internship from July to December 2026; on‑site presence at Ngee Ann City office required.
