Louis Vuitton Merchandising Intern, Brussels — 6–12 month internship with the PIONEERS program supporting luxury retail operations across Benelux, Nordics & Poland.
Role & Responsibilities
- Animate and monitor the store network through regular contact with store teams across 8 countries
- Participate in the preparation and follow-up of retail activations and store openings
- Provide feedback on client behavior, product performance, collection insights, and competitor intelligence to EMEA Merchandising teams
- Adapt and develop training tools and resources tailored to local needs, including lookbooks, presentations, and daily moments
- Support merchandising department during store training sessions and monthly merchandising calls
- Track and analyze KPIs and merchandising reports
- Monitor competitive activity and emerging trends within the region
- Assist Merchandisers with ad hoc operational tasks, reports, and strategic projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or related discipline
- Strong command of English
- Excellent proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office tools
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Team player with exceptional communication and organizational skills

Entry-level or beginner; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate keen interest in luxury retail, fashion, and product strategy.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.
