Role & Responsibilities
- Support product animation for Client Advisors: assist with stock management, daily product displays and visual merchandising set‑ups to drive sales.
- Create commercial content (lookbooks, catalogues, WhatsApp assets) that Client Advisors can share with clients to present collections and products.
- Deliver product group trainings, workshops and day‑to‑day learning moments for Client Advisors.
- Communicate product updates to Client Advisors and help maintain the CSC SharePoint content repository.
- Perform weekly data analysis to monitor business performance and support insights for the Merchandising team.
- Adapt merchandising tools and content in response to strategy and priorities in collaboration with the CSC Merch and Product Expert.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Clienteling, Performance, Training and Communication to ensure alignment and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (study must provide an internship agreement).
- Valid internship agreement provided by the educational institution is mandatory.
- Availability for a six‑month full‑time on‑site internship in Brussels.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to create clear, stakeholder‑ready presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present ideas and findings concisely.
- Organised, able to meet deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented and collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
