Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and enhance sales performance, implementing proactive strategies to exceed sales and sell-through targets.
- Facilitate collection launches by developing retail and merchandising tools, gathering retail feedback, and curating display imagery.
- Prepare comprehensive summaries of assortment feedback and competitive analysis, integrating insights on market demands, trends, and pricing.
- Maintain routine reporting and adjust analyses to align with current business needs, supporting ad hoc analysis requests.
- Assist in preparing cross-functional presentations and engage with the Men’s Shoes Americas community platform.
- Facilitate routine stock adjustments to ensure optimal inventory levels and consistent stock availability.
- Monitor and support key permanent programs in partnership with the Merchandising Manager and Supply Chain team.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain on zone transfers and inventory retrievals, overseeing product movement.
- Provide comprehensive event support, including stock rebalances and assortment development.
- Participate in Paris buying sessions, placing orders, determining sizing, and organizing visual displays.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and organizing samples.
- Act as the primary contact for the Men’s Shoes Merchandising team, providing support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising with a strong analytical background.
- Deep understanding of retail math and luxury products, specifically in Men’s Shoes.
