Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in consolidating and updating the invoicing plan weekly.
  • Maintain the High Jewelry Order Masterfile to ensure timely updates.
  • Regularly update retail stock status to optimize business operations.
  • Monitor competitors' sales performance and key market trends.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain Team on product and packaging logistics.
  • Support order collection and tracking to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Collaborate on generating event sales recap reports.
  • Provide order inquiry support during events regarding stock and lead times.
  • Distribute certificates upon order arrival and arrange special packaging for stores.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 1-2 years of experience in merchandising or jewelry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Skills

Advanced computer skills, especially in MS Office. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in merchandising or jewelry.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
