Louis Vuitton Merchandising Assistant Internship, Paris 2ème – 6-month role supporting watches merchandising strategy and execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy of the Merchandising dashboard and business monitoring databases
- Build ad-hoc analyses and reports to support strategic initiatives
- Track and coordinate merchandising activations across zones, including dates, formats, and target audiences
- Facilitate monthly coordination calls with zones, preparing agendas and meeting summaries
- Update and manage zone SharePoint repositories with product assets and marketing information
- Contribute to product newsletter creation and training-focused content development
- Coordinate with Marketing and Learning teams to develop training materials and collateral
- Oversee prototype loans, track exhibition sets, and manage product kit rotation
- Assist in building product assortments and spatial zoning strategies for events
- Update retail-facing event planning tools and coordinate shipments of event tools and accessories
- Support development of project briefs, operational guidelines, and departmental processes
Qualifications
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and detail-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated competency in PowerPoint and Power BI
- Near-native fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced international environments
- Strong team collaboration skills

Entry-level; no specific prior experience required. Knowledge of the horology industry and merchandising tools is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, merchandising, supply chain, or related discipline.
