Louis Vuitton Merchandising Assistant Intern, Paris – six-month hybrid role supporting watches team in planning and executing global commercial initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accuracy of merchandising dashboards and business monitoring databases; assist in building ad-hoc analyses and reports
- Track zone activations (dates, formats, targets); facilitate monthly regional calls, preparing agendas and meeting documentation
- Update and manage zone SharePoint repositories with product assets and information; contribute to product newsletter creation
- Coordinate with Marketing and Learning teams to create training-focused content; oversee prototype loans, exhibition set tracking, and product kit rotation
- Support event planning by assisting with assortment and zoning strategies; update retail event tools and coordinate shipments of event materials and props
- Assist in developing briefs, guidelines, and operational processes for the merchandising department
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel capabilities; competence in PowerPoint and Power BI
- Fluent written and spoken English required; French language skills advantageous
- Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-minded professional
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced international environments
- Familiarity with merchandising tools is advantageous

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Demonstrated organizational skills, attentiveness to detail, and collaborative work style are essential.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in merchandising, business, supply chain management, or related discipline. Academic coursework in retail management, product management, or business operations is advantageous.
