Merchandising Assistant Intern at Louis Vuitton, Paris – 6-month internship beginning January 2027 supporting global watches merchandising operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of the Merchandising dashboard and business monitoring databases
- Assist in building ad-hoc analyses and reports for stakeholder review
- Track merchandising zone activations by date, format, and target audience
- Facilitate monthly calls with regional zones, preparing agendas and documenting meeting outcomes
- Update and manage zone SharePoint repositories with product assets and technical information
- Contribute to product newsletter creation and campaign communications
- Coordinate with Marketing and Learning teams to develop training-focused product content
- Oversee prototype loans, track exhibition sets, and manage product kit rotation schedules
- Assist in building product assortments and spatial zoning plans for events
- Update retail-facing event execution tools and systems
- Coordinate logistics for event tools, props, and accessory shipments
- Support the creation of project briefs for new merchandising initiatives
- Contribute to formalizing departmental guidelines and operational processes

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English for daily international collaboration
