Louis Vuitton Merchandising Assistant Intern, Paris – 6-month role supporting global merchandising strategy and activations beginning January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accuracy of the Merchandising dashboard and business monitoring databases, assisting in the development of ad-hoc analyses and reports
  • Track regional activation calendars including dates, formats, and targets; facilitate monthly regional calls and prepare meeting agendas and notes
  • Update and manage regional SharePoint repositories with product assets and information; contribute to product newsletter creation
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Learning teams to develop training-oriented content; oversee prototype loans, track exhibition sets, and manage product kit rotation
  • Support event planning by assisting in assortment and zoning development, updating retail-facing event tools, and coordinating shipment of event materials and props
  • Create and formalize briefs, guidelines, and standard processes for the Merchandising department in support of global strategy alignment

Qualifications

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with daily communication across international markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach with demonstrated agility in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills
